IN PHOTOS | 440AMG CELEBRATES ITS 65TH FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY
 

On 02 September 2025, the 440th Aircraft Maintenance Group commemorated its 65th Founding Anniversary with the theme “ 440th AMG @65: Maintaining Aircraft Readiness by Advancing the Mission, Elevating Capabilities, and Empowering Dedicated and Skilled Menders” . The activity was graced by the Commander Air Education and Training Command, (AETC), MGEN NELSON B MORALES PAF as the Guest of Honor and Speaker recognizing the role of the 440 AMG in maintaining our aircraft for a safe flying operations.
 

One of the highlights of the said activity was the presentation of awards to deserving personnel of the said Unit in recognition of their efforts and accomplishments in achieving the Group’s mission.

Additionally, under the leadership of COL TOMAS PAF, the 440th AMG also proudly launched the E-library a portal of the 440th Aircraft Maintenance Group, designed to provide quick and secure access to aircraft maintenance manuals, technical publications, and reference materials. It serves as a centralized knowledge hub to support efficient operations, accurate troubleshooting, and continuous professional development of aircraft maintenance personnel.
 

In his message, MGEN MORALES commended the unwavering dedication, skill and professionalism of the “Menders”, acknowledging they’re behind the scene sacrifices that makes every flight mission possible. The celebration not only honored the Group’s six-decade of legacy but also reaffirmed its enduring commitment to excellence in aircraft maintenance.
