The 440th Aircraft Maintenance Group (440AMG), Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Philippine Air Force, successfully conducted an Aircraft Maintenance System Seminar aimed at enhancing the technical knowledge and operational proficiency of its personnel.
The activity gathered various Subject Matter Experts who discussed key aircraft maintenance systems, best practices, and current updates essential to sustaining airworthiness and mission capability. The seminar served as a platform for knowledge exchange, reinforcing standard procedures and promoting a deeper understanding of maintenance operations within the Group.
Through comprehensive discussions and expert insights, participants were equipped with updated information and practical approaches that contribute to safer, more efficient, and mission-ready aircraft maintenance practices.
The activity concluded with the presentation of Certificates of Appreciation to the participating Subject Matter Experts in recognition of their invaluable contributions. The awarding was led by LTC RYAN JOSEPH L MAGBOJOS PAF, Deputy Group Commander, 440AMG.
This initiative highlights 440AMG’s continuing commitment to professional development, technical excellence, and the advancement of maintenance capabilities in support of the Philippine Air Force’s mandate.
